This isn’t your average networking event. The Lokal Lunch is a welcoming space where Shawnee’s business owners, founders, and community leaders gather monthly to build meaningful connections and learn from one another.

Whether you’re new in town or have been growing your business for years, you’ll walk away encouraged, supported, and better connected with people who get it.

What to Expect at Lokal Lunch

Every 4th Thursday at Roma’s | 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM

The Lokal Lunch is a casual, no-pressure networking event that keeps things simple, intentional, and enjoyable. Here’s how it works:

🍝 Lunch Made Easy

Pre-order your meal online when you register. $20 includes entrée, drink, and tip.
Want a Big Brad’s Supreme Pizza? It’s just a $5 upgrade.
Didn’t pre-order? No problem. You can order when you arrive.

🎤 Networking That’s Actually Fun

Doors open at 11:30 AM for conversation and connection.
Everyone gets 60 seconds to introduce themselves and their work. Share your whole pitch, if you can! No limits based on paid memberships.
One business gets a 3–5 minute Spotlight to share more with the group. Apply to be the Spotlight.
After all introductions are made we will do our drawings.
Once that's complete you're free to network with others.

🕐 Event Timeline

11:30 AM: Doors open, plates & salads are set
12:00 - 12:15 PM: Lunch is served
12:30 PM: Intros, Spotlight, and drawings begin
1:00 PM: We wrap up and send you off with full bellies & new connections
